A purchase grants a license to use the selected Plugoza product; it does not transfer ownership of the product, source code, branding, or intellectual property.
1. License grant
Subject to payment and these terms, Plugoza grants the original purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the product according to the license type, activation allowance, and documentation displayed on the product page or at checkout.
2. License keys and domain activations
A license key may be used to activate, verify, or receive updates for a product. Each key is tied to the purchased activation allowance. You must not share a key or use it on more domains, installations, or environments than permitted by your license.
You may deactivate an existing activation where the product or account provides that option, subject to the applicable limit. We may investigate unusual activation activity to protect customers and the licensing service.
3. Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, publish, share, or transfer a Plugoza product or license key. You may not remove proprietary notices, bypass licensing controls, use a key beyond its allowance, or make the product available as a competing download or service without written permission.
4. Updates and support
Updates and support are provided only where included in the purchased product or stated license period. We may release updates to improve security, compatibility, and functionality. You are responsible for testing updates and maintaining backups before applying them.
5. Suspension and termination
A license may be suspended or terminated if payment is reversed, a key is shared or misused, product files are redistributed, or these terms are materially breached. Termination ends the right to use the affected license and does not limit other remedies available to Plugoza.
