1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to the Plugoza website and your purchase or use of Plugoza digital products and services. If you do not agree with these terms, do not place an order, download a product, or use a license key.

You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your login details and purchased files secure.

2. Digital products and delivery

Plugoza sells digital goods, including software, plugins, applications, scripts, templates, documentation, and related download files. No physical product is shipped unless we expressly state otherwise.

After successful payment or, for manual payment methods, after approval, eligible downloads and license information are made available in your Plugoza account. You must keep a copy of files you download and ensure that your server environment meets the product requirements before installation.

3. License keys and permitted use

A purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased product in accordance with the license type, activation limit, and product documentation shown at purchase. A license key may be required to activate, verify, receive updates for, or use a product.

License keys are issued for the purchaser’s own use. You may not share, resell, rent, sublicense, publish, distribute, or transfer a product or license key except where Plugoza gives written permission. You may not remove copyright notices, bypass activation limits, reverse engineer software where prohibited by law, or use a key on more domains or installations than your purchased allowance.

We may suspend or revoke a license where there is fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized distribution, key sharing, or a material breach of these terms. Revocation does not limit any other remedies available to Plugoza.

4. Updates, compatibility, and third-party services

Where a product includes updates, the applicable update period is shown in the product listing or license terms. We may improve, change, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance, or product maintenance.

You are responsible for testing updates in a safe environment and maintaining backups. Compatibility with third-party platforms, hosting providers, browsers, themes, plugins, payment gateways, APIs, or future platform releases is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

5. Payments, taxes, and refunds

Prices, currencies, and available payment methods are shown at checkout. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the displayed amount. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, bank charges, currency conversion fees, or duties unless the checkout states otherwise.

Digital products are generally delivered immediately after payment approval. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Please review product details and compatibility requirements before purchasing.

6. Support and customer responsibilities

Support is provided through the channels and period described on the relevant product page. Support covers reasonable help with installation, licensing, and reported product issues. It does not automatically include custom development, configuration of unrelated third-party software, data recovery, hosting administration, or training unless separately agreed.

When requesting support, do not send passwords, payment card information, private keys, or other sensitive credentials. You are responsible for maintaining current backups before making changes to your website or application.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the website or any Plugoza product for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or abusive activity. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, distribute malware, interfere with service operation, scrape protected content, or use products in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

8. Intellectual property

Plugoza and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the website, products, source materials, branding, documentation, and content. Except for the limited license expressly granted to you, no ownership rights are transferred by a purchase or download.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that a product will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for every purpose, or compatible with every environment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plugoza is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for a claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid to Plugoza for that product during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of Plugoza after an update means you accept the revised terms, unless applicable law requires another form of consent.
