Digital products are non-refundable after download or delivery
Because Plugoza products are digital goods and may include downloadable files, source materials, or license keys, purchases are not eligible for a refund once the product has been downloaded, delivered to your account, or a license key has been issued.
1. Please review before purchase
Before completing an order, review the product page, features, technical requirements, supported versions, license type, and documentation. If you need clarification before purchase, contact us at [email protected].
2. Eligible exceptions
We may review a refund request before download or license delivery where there has been a duplicate charge, an unauthorized transaction, or a verified technical issue that we cannot reasonably resolve. Approval is at Plugoza’s discretion and does not apply where the product has already been downloaded or a license key has been issued.
3. Compatibility and setup
A refund is not available because a product does not meet an unstated requirement, is incompatible with third-party software, or requires installation or configuration help. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility and maintaining backups before installation.
4. How to request a review
If you believe an exception applies, email [email protected] with your order number, the email used for purchase, and a clear description of the issue. Do not share passwords, private keys, or payment card information. We may request reasonable information to investigate the request.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can investigate an order issue. Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of account access, downloads, support, and associated license keys while the matter is reviewed.
