Multiple services can be added to one booking, with charges, discounts, tax, and the final payable amount calculated securely on the server.

Doorstep repair and pickup workflows

Offer repair at home, office visits, pickup and store repair, or both methods by postal code. Customers can select an available date and slot for a technician visit, or request device collection for diagnosis at a service centre. Coverage rules make it possible to control doorstep-only, pickup-only, combined, and unavailable locations accurately.

Intelligent calendars and booking capacity

The service calendar prevents unavailable dates and fully booked slots from being selected. Administrators can configure working days, closures, public holidays, special dates, time slots, maximum booking capacity, same-day rules, booking cut-off times, advance notice, and service-centre availability.

Customer dashboard and live repair tracking

Each customer has a secure dashboard for active repairs, past bookings, appointments, pickup dates, selected services, payment status, invoices, saved addresses, profile updates, passwords, and repair notifications.
